The slate turntable is a 100% natural product made from original sedimentary rock. As these layered surfaces have been individually created over thousands of years, each slab is absolutely unique. In order not to detract from this unique impression, the rotating mechanism is located below the serving surface in a plastic housing.

Normally, slate requires extensive cleaning with appropriate cloths and oils. However, this procedure is not necessary due to the food-safe varnishing.
